ABOUT ME
I am a Yorkshireman, which means I like things to be straightforward and practical. However, I also enjoy the beauty of wood and the variety of things that can be made that are both useful, tactile and aesthetically pleasing.
You can usually find me in my shed with some interesting things emerging from the sawdust that I seem to be good at making. No surprise that Henry the Hoover is my trusty shed companion.
I started as a woodturner and have moved from making bowls to making cheeseboards, charcuterie boards and chopping boards. I also make garden furniture and garden planters of various shapes and sizes. Variety is what excites me so that is why in the gallery you can see some of the other more unusual pieces I have made like a Game of Thrones Dragon Egg.
